The Open Atlas Process
Blue Mosque, Istanbul, Turkey
We talk.
During our complementary introductory meeting I want to get to know you and all about your travel dreams! We'll talk about any destinations you have in mind, your hobbies and passions, travel style, preferences, and budget.
I plan.
I get down to work. I plan the nuts & bolts of trip: choosing accommodations, making activities and restaurants lists with updates and opportunities for feedback along the way. I'll make sure you love your plan!
If you're taking advantage of my booking services, you'll receive your full list of confirmations.
I design.
Based on our conversation, I lay out up some initial itinerary options for you to choose from. These one-page overviews will give you an idea of different destinations, activities, and routes.
You travel.
One week before you leave we'll have a call to make sure everything is in order and I can answer any last minute questions you might have.
Now off you go to explore the world! Bon voyage!
You decide.
Take some time and see which itinerary vibes with you. Let me know when you have made a decision. When you're ready I'll be waiting to hear your feedback and start planning.

I’m here for you.
From general travel questions to sticky cultural inquiries, I'm here to help you navigate world travel.
I'm not a commission-based travel agent. I don't take any money on the backend from suppliers so I can provide you with the best suggestions that make sense to you.
This is all about custom travel.
There is no pre-packaged plan here. Each itinerary is meticulously researched and planned with your specific vibes and budget in mind.
Think customized travel is too expensive? Think again!
Your itinerary (and you) will breathe.
When all of your days are jam-packed it all becomes a blur. Your itinerary will breathe and so will you. Some of the best travel moments are those that are unplanned. Take time to wander, people watch, nap in the sun, chat with a local, ENJOY
You’ll see more than just the tourist sites.
It’s time to go deep! Get outside the tourist bubble and see life like a local. Suggestions to local eateries, hotspots, and entertainment will give you a glimpse of the local culture.
You’ll never be in the dark.
Finding your way around can be intimidating; logistics and culture guides will provide you detailed routes to get you from here to there. There’s no need to panic about how to get to and from the airport or worry about offending the waiter. I’ve got you covered.
I’m here every step of the way.
We’ll have a long conversation in the beginning so I can really get a feel for the type of trip you are looking for. Three weeks before departure you will receive your pre-departure checklist, in-depth logistics and culture guides, and any final confirmations. And one week before departure we'll have a call for any last minute questions.
From general travel questions to sticky cultural inquiries, I'm here to help you navigate world travel. There is no such thing as a bad question, really.
